Tuscan Rub
Great on any meat or vegetables! Simply sprinkle on before or after cooking.

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Rosemary, Thyme, Rice Flour, Onion, Basil, Parsley, Garlic, Canola Oil, Bell Pepper, Pepper, Turmeric Oleoresin.

Ingredients

Tuscan Chicken Breast

• +/- 600 grams of chicken breast fillets (4 Pieces)
• 4 teaspoon Tuscan Seasoning
• 1 cup of cream
• 1 cup of chicken stock
• 1 Teaspoon of olive oil

Method

Coat chicken breast in spice seasoning and fry slowly in olive oil for

3 to 4 minutes

Then add chicken stock and simmer for 3 minutes.

Take chicken out and keep warm

Reduce chicken stock till almost completely reduced then add cream and put chicken back in. Simmer for 3 more minutes or until cooked

Serve with Potatoes and steamed vegetables
