Just when you thought it couldn't get any hotter! We flipped the Scorpion Strike on its head and made the Hottest BBQ sauce in AUSTRALIA!
Extremely HOT! 2.85 Million Scoville Heat Units.
Serving Suggestion:
- Use sparingly in marinades, any stir-fries.
- Steaks: brush a tiny bit on your steak and put it on the BBQ!
- Cheese/ham with avocado sandwiches. Pepper and salt.
- Meatballs.
- Mexican, Italian and Asian Dishes.
- Basically....to add some "steroids" to your food!

It is the hottest sauce I have ever had. I’m not a chilli eating champion by any means. But I do LOVE hot sauces and have tried a fair few different ones in the last 20 years. And this one for me takes the cake! Bloody hell my eyes are watering and mouth is burning! I’d definitely buy this again. I love it. Just don’t have it on a chip on an empty stomach, trust me I regretted it and learned from it.

After Picking some up at the Meat hub in Molendina, I Thought I would be careful with this and put the smallest amount on a teaspoon to start with… I’m talking 1/4 of a tea spoon and hollysh*t the instant regret came on quickly, this stuff blew my head off, I was hunched over, had tears coming out my eyes, nose running like a tap and mouth was like i just bit a red hot coal… it’s intense but oddly good. the next day you get a good reminder of how hot it was too 😅.
Anyways it’s a ripper of a sauce. Just be bloody carful.
