Calling upon the powers of a Trinidad Scorpion chilli, the Strike is a ridiculously HOT & versatile sauce. It’s the smokey, bbq flavours you know and love with a hefty kick!
Serving Suggestions:
- Use sparingly in marinades for any stir-fries.
- Steaks: brush a tiny bit on your steak and put it on the BBQ!
- Cheese/ham with avocado sandwiches. Pepper and salt.
- Meatballs!
- Mexican, Italian and Asian dishes.
- Basically....to add some lava to your food!

This was my first Chilli Factory sauce i ever tasted back in 2013 at my local country fair and all i can say is WOW, BANG!!! 15 minute after burn. This is second to the worlds hottest REAPER PASTE (You have been warned). However saying this it is a nice sauce to add to mince meat but it does come with a BIG KICK OF HEAT!
