Ingredients: Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Salt, Pumpkin Seed, Coriander, Fennel, Cumin.

Warning: This product contains sesame. This product may contain traces of nuts.

Recipe:

Serve as a dip with bread and olive oil.

Is great on any meat, chicken or lamb. Also awesome with Salmon or Seafood.

Simply sprinkle on before cooking or after cooking.

Use one (1) teaspoon per piece.
