Just when you thought it couldn't get any hotter! We flipped the Scorpion Strike on its head and made the Hottest BBQ sauce in AUSTRALIA!
Extremely HOT! 2.85 Million Scoville Heat Units.
Serving Suggestion:
- Use sparingly in marinades, any stir-fries.
- Steaks: brush a tiny bit on your steak and put it on the BBQ!
- Cheese/ham with avocado sandwiches. Pepper and salt.
- Meatballs.
- Mexican, Italian and Asian Dishes.
- Basically....to add some "steroids" to your food!

Very good hot sauce but it crippled me
By: Gus Mckenzie on 3 September 2024This hot sauce is amazing and it has a very powerful smell to it. once i opened the bottle and had a tea spoon amount i instantly regretted it since all i felt was hell inside of my mouth once all of it settled down i fell asleep just to wake up hours later in a severe amount of pain in my stomach which lead to me dying in pain for and hour but not gonna this sauce a 10/10( ps dont eat alot or you will feel hell in your stomach)

Nice and hot

Best chilli sauce yet!
By: Lee on 16 August 2023Picked some up at the Ekka. Tastes great and delivers a wicked burn! I'm very chilli-tolerant and been generally disappointed at other sauces with the usual 'Danger - Handle With Care' warnings but this absolutely delivers. A hot start with increasingly intense build-up to an extreme crescendo of fire in the mouth. Highly recommended for those who love the heat.

Great sauce
By: AmusedWife on 24 April 2022I bought for my chilli dare devil husband last night and he had some on his chicken today at lunch. I’m currently watch him guzzle milk, suck on ice cubes and cry after putting too much on his food. The next time he’ll only be having the teeniest smear. But he says he loves it! Haha not for the faint of heart!
