Meatballs in Smoked Chilli Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 mls of Fiery Frillneck Hiss (Hot Smokey Chilli Tomato Sauce)
  • 500 gr minced beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 sea salt
  • 1 fresh chopped chilli
  • 300 ml fresh cream

Preparation

  1. Combine meat with first 6 ingredients. Shape into 25 small 3cm balls
  2. Bring the smoked chilli tomato sauce slowly to boil and add 200 ml water
  3. Add meatballs; cook slowly for 10 minutes add the cream to finish.
