Ingredients

Tandoori Lamb Roast served with Chilli Apple Chutney
  • 1 Lamb leg or shoulder
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Tandoori paste
  • 200 gr of natural yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Coat lamb with a combination of tandoori paste and 3/4 of the yoghurt, leave for about 30 minutes, or if time allows overnight
  2. Cook lamb in oven serve with turmeric coloured rice and the remaining yoghurt mixed with Wombats Claw Chilli Apple Chutney
