Tandoori Lamb Roast served with Chilli Apple Chutney
Serves 4 Print Recipe
Ingredients

- 1 Lamb leg or shoulder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Tandoori paste
- 200 gr of natural yoghurt
Preparation
- Coat lamb with a combination of tandoori paste and 3/4 of the yoghurt, leave for about 30 minutes, or if time allows overnight
- Cook lamb in oven serve with turmeric coloured rice and the remaining yoghurt mixed with Wombats Claw Chilli Apple Chutney
