Meatballs in Smoked Chilli Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

- 250 mls of Fiery Frillneck Hiss (Hot Smokey Chilli Tomato Sauce SHU 28,000)
- 500 gr minced beef
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/4 sea salt
- 1 fresh chopped chilli
- 300 ml fresh cream
Preparation
- Combine meat with first 6 ingredients. Shape into 25 small 3cm balls
- Bring the smoked chilli tomato sauce slowly to boil and add 200 ml water
- Add meatballs; cook slowly for 10 minutes add the cream to finish.
