Chicken Korma Curry
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup passata
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup buttermilk
In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until soft.
Cut each chicken breast fillet into 4 pieces and add to frying pan and cook for about 3 / 4 minutes.
Season with salt, 2 tablespoons of the Spice Factory Korma Kurry Spice Mix Stir in the passata, buttermilk and water.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice
FYI: You can easily replace the chicken with Beef or Lam!
Make a Dip out of it!
You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Korma Kurry Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
