Spray onto food after you cooked it
or use it in stir fries of you like....
however with any chilli when cooking it will create fumes that might make you sneeze, cough and teary eyes!
Please: first try a little bit before you add lots and lots as it is a strong strong flavour!
It is hard to tell how much chilli your taste buts can handle so it is up to you to add more if needed or less offcourse!
normal reactions to the heat in chillies are:
sneezing
coughing
teary eyes
runny nose
hiccups
et cetera....

Caution handle with care as the fumes make you cough and sneeze like crazy , but has a great kick to it Use very sparingly very very hot use in a well ventilated area like out side and away from pets wow
