The heat level of this chilli is medium.

This chilli goes great sparingly in any sweet and sour dish ! The chilli pods go from white yellowish to red over time and then to black once ripped. The chilli pod looks quite thin and tall with a shiny finish for texture. When fully grown the Scorpion Tongue plant can grow up to 90 – 120 cm high and you should be able to get a lot of fresh fruit during the chilli season which lasts approximate 4 to 6 months.
