You asked for it and here it is!!

We have remade one of our favourite Super Hot Sauces the Devils Delirium Mega Hot Jolokia Paste!

This is a special edition Yellow Ghost Chilli paste just as hot as the original but with a little bit more of a fruity flavour and a great yellow colour to match!!

Ingredients: Jolokia Chilli (56%), Water, Vinegar, Tomatoes, Sugar, Salt, Cornflour

Recommended Usage

Be careful, not for the faint at heart! This paste is made with the  2nd hottest chilli in the world! Naga Bhut Jolokia chilli pepper

Use sparingly with the following:

• Use sparingly in marinades & stir-fries.
• Great to fight off colds, flu and to clear your sinuses.
• Steaks: brush a tiny bit on your steak and put it on the BBQ!
• Any Asian dish, a quarter to half a teaspoon for your whole dish!
• Spice up your Indian Curry or hot to extreme Vindaloo
• Add some with your spaghetti bolognaise
• Any Mexican foods like Fajita and Tacos

Yup it took TEN years to develop but The Hot Chilli Chef finally pulled it off: He created his own BEER tree.... He is happy as Larry (Who would not be??) "Fourexus Beertreeus"  (thanks Neil for officially naming this new tree.)
