Chilli Scallops & Prawn Kebabs
Serves 4/6
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of Dragon's Blood (Bloody Hot Stuff!!)
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1kg large green prawns
- 250gr scallops
Preparation
- Mix garlic, ginger, Dragon's Blood, soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar and lemon juice.
- Peel prawns and de-vein, leaving tails on.
- Clean the scallops.
- Add prawns and scallops to the marinade.
- Cover and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Thread prawns and scallops on flat metal skewers.
- Cook on hotplate for 4 to 5 minutes baste whilst cooking.
