We want to make browsing The Chilli Factory website a simple procedure. All of the main areas you may wish to browse can be accessed via the main menu across the top.

Home - This is the main entry area with access to the whole site.
Shop - This is where you can view our delicious products and either order them online or find a shop near you that sells them.
Information - The information pages include a number of areas where you can find out about us, our products and chillis in general.
Gallery - The gallery is where we showcase many photos and videos from our factory, our shows and our members.
Members - The members area is for registered members to view their orders, change their details and access other member only content.
Contact - The contact page is where you can send us an email. We will reply to your enquiries as soon as possible.

Any page with secondary choices will have an extra menu at the top of the column to the right. If you have any problems at all with our website, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can continue to improve it. If we are online you can chat with us live using the Live Chat form or the Skype link to the right.

Devils Delirium is not only one of the best tasting chilli sauces ever, it is also the funniest. Getting friends to try not even a third of a teaspoon drives them insane.

So far, Turbo Supercharge, and Fiery Frillneck Hiss, are my favourite sauces but Bilbies Bummer, Kangaroo Punch and Numbat Nimble are all great for many occasions.

I was at the Ekka on Saturday, and when I found the Chilli Factory, it was brilliant, I even won the sticker. for trying the hottest chilli in the world.

I want to thank you both so much for your beautiful, and amazingly, created chilli sauces. Not many of my friends/relatives liked chilli, but I have slowly introduced them to it...and they now love it too.

But your stuff is out-of-the-ordinary. It is HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!! It is better than booze, ciggies or anything else! Much better than sex! I also loved the You Tube video of you, Max, and showed it to my sister.

I loved your Turbo Supercharge tonight- it was like a drug-induced pleasure (actually better! :o) , and now, 10 mins. later, it is still delightful. Wow, Jolokia Chilli Devils Delirium is awesome…My father in law, knowing how much I love hot sauces, bought me a jar from the Ekka in Brissy this week.

Its a slow burn.. and then O>>>M>>>G, hits you like a ton of bricks lol.

Just read the article in Daily Telegraph 6 March. Love Chillis, I have about 6 different varieties in my small garden. They are like money to me, cant live without it.

I cannot believe that more people will not try chilli, they have no idea what they are missing out on. I have chillis with every meal. Congratulations on your new deal with India.

This is just the kind of stuff I have been looking for to challenge my chilli obsession, I put 3/4 teaspoon of this stuff with my dinner, and OMFG I am highly impressed, within 1 minute my mouth was so numb I could feel my heartbeat in the roof of my mouth, and as for my dinner... well I might as well have been eating cardboard, I couldn't taste a thing, and in the rarest of events, I went running for the milk. I loved it.

I am now looking at your other hot chilli (i.e. 8+ / 10) products. They look very appealing as well.

I will certainly get some more next time.

Subject: Holy Sweet Jesus

Charles,

I received the parcel of hot sauce today, perfect timing. Thank you very much it was an awesome surprise! Holy sweet baby Jesus that Jolokia paste is one hot mofo! Like the idiot that I am I dove into the hottest one first. I gingerly dipped the very little tip of my pinky into the jar and then on to my tongue.

I thought at first that it was pretty hot, good flavour, but not too crazy, then my tongue went numb, again not so bad for about 10 minutes or so until the numbness wore off and the heat realllllly kicked in!! WOW.

I am looking forward to trying the Turbo Supercharge and the Double trouble chilli Wasabi mustard. It appears that they don't sacrifice flavour for pure stupid heat like some hot sauces, that use oil extracts and the like, do.

I am interested to hear how you came upon this product, friends of yours, industry or just an adventure at the supermarket?

Thanks again for the parcel, it meant a lot!

Over the past 2 years (March 2011) since we have had the Guinness World Record there have been stories in newspapers and on-line about the fact that we:

- Tested only one pod of chilli so our record is an incident

- Are not commercial growers???

- Have not tested it Scientifically

Well guess what?

- This is how we test our chillies, See photo...

This is what we send to the lab for testing! And we do this on a regular base too!! (So no not one test and got lucky and certainly NOT ONE POD!!)

OK I wear glasses so I am bias but.... does that look like one pod to you?Alex de Wit
