Thank heavens for the Chilli Factory!!  I was horrified to discover recently the sweet chilli sauce I was buying at our local supermarket is now made in Thailand. If it wasn't for you, there would be no more sweet chilli sauce!!

I stir it through meatballs and stir fry veg. (sometimes with pasta) -  makes a scrumptious meal. My husband also uses it on hot and cold meats.

Looking forward to using your  'aussie' one.

I have just received my second order of Hot Chilli sauces.  I took a risk and ordered the new jolokia paste: Devils Delirium and am now able to enjoy it spread on my toast under my omelette. (Much to my husband’s shock.) 

My first order was for your Turbo Supercharge Habanero paste and could only have a slight amount. Then to be able to spread it on my toast.  And now enjoying Devils.. 

Love to have more video recipes.

I am a long time fan and customer, so much of a fan in fact, that I have gotten several friends addicted to your products (which make great birthday pressies, by the way). As I live in Sydney, I rely on your (very efficient, I might add) postal delivery. This means that it makes sense for me (financially) for me to bulk purchase, which means that I usually don't have my favourite Chilli Factory products whenever I need them... (For instance, if the one runs out or gets "borrowed" by mates I have to wait for everything else to finish to order.)
So while going through your website recently I noticed that the Factory has stalls in various markets in Sydney! Alas, these markets are far from mine and my mates' whereabouts.

As I was visiting our local farmers' market a thought popped to my head - the Chilli Factory should be here selling their stuff and helping bring some spice to Sydney's suburbs! So, dear Alex and everyone else, please please please come to The Eveleigh Market and share your chilli love with us! It would be so grand...


The Eveleigh Market is big and attracts a loyal crowd weekly. It also had a write-up in the food section of the Sydney Morning Herald recently as one of the places to take the Obama’s to if they ever get to Australia... You will not be disappointed if you have a stall there! And I would be so happy....

some time back I came across your display in Melbourne, forget where, and bought some of your products. Just want to say they are the best chilli sauces I have ever tasted!

That Turbocharge paste is a ripper, very nice on biscuits and cheese. Also excellent is the lovely smokey chilli and tomato, and the honey mango too.

When I run out will definitely be ordering more from you.
