Just a quick note to say "Thank God" for your products. I am a recently "retired" chef (27 years of it). Have just left Melbourne to become a fulltime carer for my dear ol mum, however it is in Nambucca Heads NSW. No REAL food or shops... then I found you guys in the puzzle shop at the Big Banana!!!!I still can’t believe my luck... I have worked in Europe, Asia, and all of Oz... These are the BEST chilli products I Have ever purchased. I have been torturing everyone I know about them. I am totally addicted. My siblings (4) all work for Qantas. And I send them "Fiery Frillneck Hiss" and "Outback Storm" often.

Sorry for raving on... I have actually never written words of thanks to some one before. Well not some one I have not met. Anyway I am addicted. And I will do my best to get everyone around me to do the same. Keep up the good work.

I want to thank you both so much for your beautiful, and amazingly, created chilli sauces. Not many of my friends/relatives liked chilli, but I have slowly introduced them to it...and they now love it too.

But your stuff is out-of-the-ordinary. It is HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!! It is better than booze, ciggies or anything else! Much better than sex! I also loved the You Tube video of you, Max, and showed it to my sister.

I loved your Turbo Supercharge tonight- it was like a drug-induced pleasure (actually better! :o) , and now, 10 mins. later, it is still delightful. It was (1) an epiphany; (2) absolute drug-like bliss (3) a pleasing, delicious taste..., which is still continuing. I am so looking forward to the Dragon's Blood & the Funnelweb Bite prob'ly 2moro. Thank you so much for your amazingly fast delivery of 48 hrs- that alone can't be matched with most Aussi companies. I received my 3 products, only c.48 hrs after ordering them, and I am so happy for that and for your No.1-in-the-World Chilli Products!

Seriously knowledgeable, friendly and helpful bunch and how reasonably priced is it.

Am mad about your Chilli Satay Sauce, having had last night, Chicken Satay on Skewers, the Yum Yum noises of my guests says it all. We are all hooked have looked up your great web site, and found locations near us, so I can purchase more, and will be giving for gifts as well.

Dear Alex and everyone else at the Chilli Factory,

I am a long time fan and customer, so much of a fan in fact, that I have gotten several friends addicted to your products (which make great birthday pressies, by the way). As I live in Sydney, I rely on your (very efficient, I might add) postal delivery. This means that it makes sense for me (financially) for me to bulk purchase, which means that I usually don't have my favourite Chilli Factory products whenever I need them... (For instance, if the one runs out or gets "borrowed" by mates I have to wait for everything else to finish to order.)
So while going through your website recently I noticed that the Factory has stalls in various markets in Sydney! Alas, these markets are far from mine and my mates' whereabouts.

As I was visiting our local farmers' market a thought popped to my head - the Chilli Factory should be here selling their stuff and helping bring some spice to Sydney's suburbs! So, dear Alex and everyone else, please please please come to The Eveleigh Market and share your chilli love with us! It would be so grand...


The Eveleigh Market is big and attracts a loyal crowd weekly. It also had a write-up in the food section of the Sydney Morning Herald recently as one of the places to take the Obama’s to if they ever get to Australia... You will not be disappointed if you have a stall there! And I would be so happy....

This is just the kind of stuff I have been looking for to challenge my chilli obsession, I put 3/4 teaspoon of this stuff with my dinner, and OMFG I am highly impressed, within 1 minute my mouth was so numb I could feel my heartbeat in the roof of my mouth, and as for my dinner... well I might as well have been eating cardboard, I couldn't taste a thing, and in the rarest of events, I went running for the milk. I loved it.

I am now looking at your other hot chilli (i.e. 8+ / 10) products. They look very appealing as well.

I will certainly get some more next time.

Wow thanks! My order took only two working days to get here in Canberra, which is great. I'd also like to say thanks for the personal touches: the thankyou note, the eftpos receipt and the lanyard. It reminds me how grateful I am to have small Aussie businesses rather than faceless international corporations. I am yet to try the products, but I have no doubt, I will not be disappointed :)

Your FUNNELWEB BITE is the best suace I have ever had the pleasure of using.

wow yummmmmm, that scorpion sauce is *serious*.

the only time i've ever had that kind of daunting and ominous "are you sure?" level of chilli flavour was when i ate a bhut jolokia for a capsaicin presentation i did at a party.  way to capture that dreadful heat but still having flavour in there (iow doesn't just taste like a jacked out retardo-sauce; it tastes, i'm guessing, like the pepper).

also, wow, everything else is delicious.  that viper/curry stuff (Taipan Venom) is pretty dreamy. anyway, you know the sauces are great, so i won't babble.

thanks for the beer cozie too!  i am using it right now in fact :)
