Hello everyone at the chilli factory, just thought i would let you know how awesome your products are! i recently just bought every one of your sauces at the 2011 easter show and add them into every meal i have (along with some fresh chilli aswell)

my favorite though is the new scorpian strike, great taste and perfect heat level which i think might be hard to match! but who knows with you guys ha..i thought i had a half decent chilli garden (about 90 plants so far) but looking at yours really shows how much effort really goes into these great sauces!!

Of all the places I have been, nationally and internationally, I have always made it a point to taste test chilli products wherever I go. So many times places and people have bogus claims of ‘where the hottest chilli in the world’ and I laugh and laugh.Even Nandos extra hot peri peri sauce? I laugh at you! I go through a bottle of that in one sitting!

You know people always ask me ‘ if it burns so much why do you keep eating it?’ I answer them with ; ‘do you know when you get an amazing deep, hard massage and it hurts but it feels so good?’ I think it’s the same, its exotic and yes it burns like hell but its so darn awesome this feeling! This is just the kind of stuff I have been looking for to challenge my chilli obsession, I put 3/4 teaspoon of this stuff with my dinner, and OMFG I am highly impressed, within 1 minute my mouth was so numb I could feel my heartbeat in the roof of my mouth, and as for my dinner... well I might as well have been eating cardboard, I couldn't taste a thing, and in the rarest of events, I went running for the milk. I loved it.

I am now looking at your other hot chilli (i.e. 8+ / 10) products. They look very appealing as well.

I will certainly get some more next time.

I received the Naga Jolokia chilli shortly after I last emailed you, and it is great, I love it!

It was sweeter than I expected, and when I first tasted it I thought that it wasn't as hot as I expected.

After a minute or two I changed my mind though. It seems to have a bit of a delayed effect, and it lasts for ages. It's brilliant!

I hope the sales have gone well. Thank you very much for the chilli. I will no doubt be contacting you for more when these 7 jars are finished.

I am a long time fan and customer, so much of a fan in fact, that I have gotten several friends addicted to your products (which make great birthday pressies, by the way). As I live in Sydney, I rely on your (very efficient, I might add) postal delivery. This means that it makes sense for me (financially) for me to bulk purchase, which means that I usually don't have my favourite Chilli Factory products whenever I need them... (For instance, if the one runs out or gets "borrowed" by mates I have to wait for everything else to finish to order.)
So while going through your website recently I noticed that the Factory has stalls in various markets in Sydney! Alas, these markets are far from mine and my mates' whereabouts.

As I was visiting our local farmers' market a thought popped to my head - the Chilli Factory should be here selling their stuff and helping bring some spice to Sydney's suburbs! The Eveleigh Market is big and attracts a loyal crowd weekly. I just received my bottle of scorpion strike from my good mate
Shane, it arrived at my home here in IRELAND yesterday, the t-shirt is
savage. I am glad to tell ye that I am enjoying the scorpion strike it is
flaming savage, and as far as I know it's the only bottle in IRELAND all the
better for me.

The hottest chilli that I can get here in IRELAND is the
habanero which I really like but I want to try the viper, the ghost, the
butch t and of course the nagabon if you guys could help me out it would be

Devils Delirium is not only one of the best tasting chilli sauces ever, it is also the funniest. Getting friends to try not even a third of a teaspoon drives them insane.

So far, Turbo Supercharge, and Fiery Frillneck Hiss, are my favourite sauces but Bilbies Bummer, Kangaroo Punch and Numbat Nimble are all great for many occasions.
