We want to make browsing The Chilli Factory website a simple procedure. All of the main areas you may wish to browse can be accessed via the main menu across the top.

Home - This is the main entry area with access to the whole site.
Shop - This is where you can view our delicious products and either order them online or find a shop near you that sells them.
Information - The information pages include a number of areas where you can find out about us, our products and chillis in general.
Gallery - The gallery is where we showcase many photos and videos from our factory, our shows and our members.
Members - The members area is for registered members to view their orders, change their details and access other member only content.
Contact - The contact page is where you can send us an email. We will reply to your enquiries as soon as possible.

Any page with secondary choices will have an extra menu at the top of the column to the right. If you have any problems at all with our website, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can continue to improve it. Hi,

I am a huge chilli fan and find it hard to get chilli hot enough for my taste buds. Well you certainly fixed that problem!! The new Jolokia chilli paste is awesome!!!

Thanks, now I only need one teaspoon not 6 in every meal!!! It tastes really good too!!

wow yummmmmm, that scorpion sauce is *serious*.

the only time i've ever had that kind of daunting and ominous "are you sure?" level of chilli flavour was when i ate a bhut jolokia for a capsaicin presentation i did at a party. way to capture that dreadful heat but still having flavour in there (iow doesn't just taste like a jacked out retardo-sauce; it tastes, i'm guessing, like the pepper).

also, wow, everything else is delicious. that viper/curry stuff (Taipan Venom) is pretty dreamy. anyway, you know the sauces are great, so i won't babble.

Hi Alex,

Just wanted you to know that I tried the ‘Dragon’s Blood’ in my Bolognese Sauce and added some fresh coriander as garnish instead of parsley…and WOAAAAAH it lifted it to a whole new level..

Bloody fantastic Bloody Hot Stuff!

I was a bit worried when I saw it was a thin sauce, but then it was up to me to experiment how to use it, which I did…great stuff, but I wouldn’t want to drink it..Neat!

Hi Connie,

My order arrived a couple of hours ago all intact, thank you. A guy at my work has gone home to plant some of the scorpion seeds. We both tried the scorpion sauce and liked it, although we were expecting it to be hotter. Admittedly I only had a quarter of a teaspoon, and he the same, but twice.

I had previously bought a jar of the turbo supercharge paste, which was your hottest item at the time. Even though that was years ago, and my taste bud memory could be vague, i thought that was much hotter. I have tried all but the choc sauce before (still yet to try) and have enjoyed those products.

Anyway, thanks for my well packaged order and the under 18 hours it took to get here is great service.

Dear Alex and everyone else at the Chilli Factory,

I am a long time fan and customer, so much of a fan in fact, that I have gotten several friends addicted to your products (which make great birthday pressies, by the way). As I live in Sydney, I rely on your (very efficient, I might add) postal delivery. This means that it makes sense for me (financially) for me to bulk purchase, which means that I usually don't have my favourite Chilli Factory products whenever I need them... (For instance, if the one runs out or gets "borrowed" by mates I have to wait for everything else to finish to order.)
So while going through your website recently I noticed that the Factory has stalls in various markets in Sydney! Alas, these markets are far from mine and my mates' whereabouts.

As I was visiting our local farmers' market a thought popped to my head - the Chilli Factory should be here selling their stuff and helping bring some spice to Sydney's suburbs! So, dear Alex and everyone else, please please please come to The Eveleigh Market and share your chilli love with us! It would be so grand...

The Eveleigh Market is big and attracts a loyal crowd weekly. It also had a write-up in the food section of the Sydney Morning Herald recently as one of the places to take the Obama’s to if they ever get to Australia... You will not be disappointed if you have a stall there! And I would be so happy....

Hey guys and girls,

I received my order today and I must say (having not tried this one before) the chilli jam Sweet Dreams is unbelievably fantastic!!!

I had the hot smokey chilli tomato sauce Fiery Frillneck Hiss before and it is equally brilliant!!!

Will definitely be buying more very soon!! (As your chilli sauces do not last long in our house) we also have the extreme hot Habanero chilli paste, Turbo Supercharge! Awesome products people! Keep it up! And cheers for the fast delivery!!

Thanks for the prompt delivery. I absolutely love this sauce, I am enjoying it better than the Devil's Delirium I got last time because it is hotter, more viscous, and comes in a bottle shaped more friendly for pouring onto my food.
As usual with a new sauce I ate a spoonful straight from the jar and wow, this is how chilli sauce should be, every time I eat it I am sent to a happy place :)

One very happy customer, I will definetely be back for more (might also check out some of your other range too).

Over the past 2 years (March 2011) since we have had the Guinness World Record there have been stories in newspapers and on-line about the fact that we:

- Tested only one pod of chilli so our record is an incident

- Are not commercial growers???

- Have not tested it Scientifically

Well guess what?

- This is how we test our chillies, See photo...

This is what we send to the lab for testing! And we do this on a regular base too!! (So no not one test and got lucky and certainly NOT ONE POD!!)

OK I wear glasses so I am bias but.... does that look like one pod to you?Alex de Wit
